{"id":8322,"date":"2020-06-17T10:46:56","date_gmt":"2020-06-17T08:46:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mugardos.gal\/el-gobierno-municipal-reinicia-la-recaudacion-de-las-actuaciones-del-ges-a-las-aseguradoras\/"},"modified":"2020-06-17T10:46:56","modified_gmt":"2020-06-17T08:46:56","slug":"el-gobierno-municipal-reinicia-la-recaudacion-de-las-actuaciones-del-ges-a-las-aseguradoras","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mugardos.gal\/es\/el-gobierno-municipal-reinicia-la-recaudacion-de-las-actuaciones-del-ges-a-las-aseguradoras\/","title":{"rendered":"EL GOBIERNO MUNICIPAL REINICIA LA RECAUDACI\u00d3N DE LAS ACTUACIONES DEL GES A LAS ASEGURADORAS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La Concejal\u00eda de Personal y Hacienda mugardesa, dirigida por Miguel Mah\u00eda, anunci\u00f3 hoy que dio orden al departamento econ\u00f3mico para que se reinicie\u00a0 de manera inmediata la recaudaci\u00f3n de la conocida c\u00f3mo tasa del GES, suspendida desde hay m\u00e1s de 3 a\u00f1os y que permitir\u00e1 recaudar durante este ejercicio aproximadamente 40.000 euros.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las pagadoras de esta tasa son las aseguradoras, obligadas por contrato a hacer frente a este pago siempre y cuando el ayuntamiento lo reclame a trav\u00e9s del correspondiente recibo. Es el ayuntamiento la entidad que presta el servicio de emergencias a trav\u00e9s del Grupo de Emergencias Supramunicipal cuando act\u00faa en incendios, accidentes, etc. y es la Administraci\u00f3n Local la que lleva desde 2017 sin reclamar las cantidades a las aseguradoras.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El cobro de esta tasa disfruta de total seguridad jur\u00eddica y cuenta con informes favorables de los departamentos municipales de intervenci\u00f3n y secretar\u00eda por lo que Miguel Mah\u00eda dice no entender \u201cel motivo por lo que se les perdon\u00f3 a las aseguradoras hacer frente a estos pagos\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El siguiente paso seg\u00fan informa el concejal ser\u00e1 \u201cla reformulaci\u00f3n de la tasa para la actualizaci\u00f3n de los importes y de los conceptos para que se adapten al trabajo real que desarrolla el equipo de emergencias\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mah\u00eda quiso dejar claro el compromiso del gobierno municipal con la continuidad del Grupo de Emergencias Supramunicipal \u201cDestinaremos el importe \u00edntegro de la recaudaci\u00f3n de la tasa al propio GES, y a trav\u00e9s de los presupuestos municipales aseguraremos su continuidad. Es un servicio prioritario para nosotros, un servicio b\u00e1sico para la ciudadan\u00eda y una apuesta clara por el empleo p\u00fablico y las condiciones dignas de trabajo.
