Agradecemos la implicaci\u00f3n de todo el personal y seguiremos avanzando juntos para mejorar el funcionamiento interno del Concello y la calidad de los servicios que prestamos a la ciudadan\u00eda\u00bb, se\u00f1al\u00f3 el regidor.<\/p>\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de la organizaci\u00f3n municipal, el alcalde tambi\u00e9n inform\u00f3 sobre la implantaci\u00f3n de la nueva Plataforma del Empleado P\u00fablico, un sistema integral mediante el que el personal podr\u00e1 gestionar sus vacaciones, permisos y registrar su jornada laboral de manera telem\u00e1tica. Esta herramienta permiitir\u00e1 una gesti\u00f3n m\u00e1s \u00e1xil, transparente y eficiente del tiempo de trabajo y de los recursos humanos municipales.
