La causa de las restricciones decretadas en estos d\u00edas pasados, el gobierno decidi\u00f3 adelantar esta iniciativa y, adem\u00e1s de retransmitir la sesi\u00f3n, celebrarla de manera telem\u00e1tica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cA d\u00eda de hoy no es necesaria la presencialidad de los concejales y concejalas para la celebraci\u00f3n de un pleno. Miles de personas est\u00e1n teletrabajando a diario adaptando sus vidas, sus jornadas y sus obligaciones, y nosotros tenemos que hacerlo tambi\u00e9n.
