img_size=\u00bbmedium\u00bb alignment=\u00bbcenter\u00bb style=\u00bbvc_box_shadow_3d\u00bb onclick=\u00bbcustom_link\u00bb css=\u00bb.vc_custom_1590232080861{margin-top: -40px !important;}\u00bb link=\u00bbhttps:\/\/mugardos.gal\/buzon-de-suxestions\/\u00bb][vc_column_text]\n<!-- PRESSVILLE EVENTS : begin -->\n<section class=\"lsvr-pressville-post-grid lsvr-pressville-post-grid--events lsvr-pressville-post-grid--layout-title-top lsvr-pressville-post-grid--dark-bg\"\n    >\n    <div class=\"lsvr-pressville-post-grid__inner\">\n        <div class=\"lsvr-container\">\n            <div class=\"lsvr-pressville-post-grid__content\">\n\n                \n                    <p class=\"c-alert-message\">No hay eventos<\/p>\n\n                \n            <\/div>\n        <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n<\/section>\n<!-- PRESSVILLE EVENTS : end -->\n\n[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][\/vc_column][vc_column width=\u00bb3\/4&#8243;][vc_column_text]\n<div id=\"contenedor\" class=\"textarea unknown\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">El objetivo de este registro es:<\/div>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Reconocer a las entidades inscritas y garantizarles el ejercicio de los derechos reconocidos en el reglamento de participaci\u00f3n ciudadana y en la legislaci\u00f3n vigente.<\/li>\n<li>Permitir al ayuntamiento conocer en todo momento los datos m\u00e1s importantes de la sociedad civil del municipio, la representatividad y su grado de inter\u00e9s o utilidad ciudadana.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pueden obtener la inscripci\u00f3n en el registro municipal de entidades ciudadanas, todas aquellas cuyo objeto sea la defensa, fomento o mejora de los intereses generales o sectoriales de los\/as vecinos\/as del municipio y, en particular, las asociaciones de vecinos\/as de un barrio o parroquia, las de padres y madres de alumnos\/as, las entidades culturales, deportivas, recreativas, juveniles, de la mujer, de caracter social y cualesquiera otras similares, legalmente constituidas y que tengan en Mugardos su sede social y adem\u00e1s desarrollen sus actividades en el t\u00e9rmino municipal, exceptuando aquellas que a\u00fan teniendo la sede social en otro municipio, se considere que hacen una labor de inter\u00e9s social importante para el municipio de Mugardos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>INSTANCIAS<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-581\" src=\"https:\/\/mugardos.gal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/pdf.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"40\" height=\"40\" \/> <a href=\"https:\/\/mugardos.gal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/INSTANCIA-TIPO-2020.pdf\">DESCARGAR PDF Solicitud de inscripci\u00f3n en el registro municipal de entidades ciudadanas (instancia tipo)<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>TRAMITACI\u00d3N Y REGISTRO<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La documentaci\u00f3n a presentar en el registro para tramitar la inscripci\u00f3n es:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Instancia dirigida al alcalde o alcaldesa solicitando la inscripci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>Estatutos de la entidad, aprobados por el \u00f3rgano competente.<\/li>\n<li>N\u00famero de inscripci\u00f3n en el Registro General de Asociaciones y en otros registros p\u00fablicos.<\/li>\n<li>Acta de constituci\u00f3n o acta de la asamblea general de socios\/as que acredite la personalidad de los miembros de la junta directiva con la direcci\u00f3n y tel\u00e9fonos de contacto de las personas que ocupan los cargos.<\/li>\n<li>Certificado del\/a secretario\/a de la entidad indicando el domicilio social de aquella.<\/li>\n<li>Fotocopia compulsada de la tarjeta de identificaci\u00f3n fiscal de la entidad.<\/li>\n<li>Certificaci\u00f3n del\/a secretario\/a indicando el n\u00famero de socios\/as inscritos\/as en el momento de la solicitud.<\/li>\n<li>Programa anual de actividades.<\/li>\n<li>Presupuesto anual de la entidad.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Toda esta documentaci\u00f3n deber\u00e1 entregarse en el registro general municipal, lo que dar\u00e1 inicio a la tramitaci\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Rexistro General de entrada: en las oficinas municipales<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;
